Christie Williamson
Christie Williamson comes fae Yell, has been writing poems since 2003, and has been published in Magma, New Writing Scotland, Gutter, and the New Shetlander, as well as many other magazines and anthologies. His debut pamphlet, Arc o Möns, a Spanish/Shetlandic bilingual selection of Federico Garcia Lorca poems, won the Calum MacDonald Memorial Award in 2010. Two full collections have been published by Luath Press — Oo an Feddirs in 2015 and Doors tae Naewye in 2020. He lives in Glasgow where he teaches creative writing and helps run Tell it Slant Poetry Bookshop.
