Jennifer K Dick
Jennifer K Dick, from Iowa, resides in France where she is an associate professor at the Université de Haute Alsace, Mulhouse. She is the author of three books, including CIRCUITS (Corrupt, 2013), and five chapbooks. Jennifer also translates poetry, curates Ivy Writers Paris, and co-organizes the Ecrire l’Art mini-residency for French authors at La Kunsthalle Mulhouse. She is a poetry editor for VERSAL out of Amsterdam, has written book reviews for Drunken Boat, Jacket, and others, and writes a poetics column called Of Tradition and Experiment for Tears in the Fence (UK). Her critical writing focuses on text and image works, the poetry of Susan Howe, Myung Mi Kim, and Craig Santos Perez, and translation theory in the social sciences — about which she coedited two books with Stephanie Schwerter.
