Rachel Galvin
Rachel Galvin is the author of a book of poems, Pulleys & Locomotion (Black Lawrence Press 2009), and most recently, Hitting the Streets, a translation from the French poetry of Raymond Queneau (Carcanet, 2013). She publishes essays in Boston Review, Los Angeles Review of Books, and The Wallace Stevens Journal. She holds a PhD in comparative literature from Princeton and is an Andrew W. Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow at the Humanities Center of the Johns Hopkins University.
