Olivier Brossard
A member of the Institut Universitaire de France, Olivier Brossard is associate professor of American literature at the University Paris Est Marne-la-Vallée, where he runs the Poets and Critics program with Vincent Broqua and Abigail Lang. He is editor of a volume of essays, “Lovers of my Orchards”: Writers and Artists on Frank O’Hara,published by the Presses Universitaires de la Méditerranée (2018). Brossard is joca seria éditions American poetry series editor. In 2000, he cofounded the Double Change collective, an online magazine and reading series in Paris. His most recent book-length translations are John Ashbery’s The Tennis Court Oath (Le serment du Jeu de Paume, éditions José Corti, 2015) and Marcella Durand’s Le jardin de M (joca seria, 2016).
