Julie Phillips Brown is a poet, painter, critic, and book artist. After earning an MFA and a PhD at Cornell University, she served as the NEH Postdoctoral Fellow in Poetics at Emory University’s Bill and Carol Fox Center for Humanistic Inquiry.
