Eleanor Johnson is professor of English at Columbia University. Her most recent academic book on medieval ecosystemic thought, Waste and the Wasters (Chicago, 2023), owes much to Lyn's mentorship, as does her forthcoming book on feminism and horror, Scream with Me (Atria, 2025).
