Raised in a once-Norwegian-speaking and still-Ojibwe-speaking part of Minnesota, Gabriel Gudding is a 2024 NEA Translation Fellow and the author of four books of anglophone poetry and the translator of six books from Norwegian; the most recent to be published is Pedro Carmona-Alvarez’s Inventarium (Kolon, 2020) forthcoming in 2025 with the publisher co-im-press.
