Marty Cain

Marty Cain lives in Oxford, Mississippi. He received his BA from Hamilton College in 2013, and is currently a poetry MFA candidate at the University of Mississippi, where he edits Yalobusha Review and hosts the Trobar Ric reading series. His poems have appeared (or are forthcoming) in Tarpaulin Sky, Action, Yes, Dreginald, The Journal, Spork Press, The Minnesota Review, and elsewhere. His first manuscript, Kids of the Black Hole, was a finalist for the Tarpaulin Sky Book Prize, as well as a semifinalist for the Sawtooth Prize and the Kathryn A. Morton Prize.
