Joshua Corey

Joshua Corey is a poet, critic, novelist, and translator. His most recent books include a poetry collection, The Barons (Ahsahta Press, 2014); a novel, Beautiful Soul: An American Elegy (Spuyten Duyvil, 2014); a new translation, with Jean-Luc Garneau, of Francis Ponge’s Le parti pris des choses as Partisan of Things (Kenning Editions, 2016); and a collection of critical prose, The Transcendental Circuit: Otherworlds of Poetry. Hannah and the Master, a speculative masque on the affair between Hannah Arendt and Martin Heidegger, is forthcoming from Ahsahta Press. He lives in Evanston, Illinois, and teaches English at Lake Forest College.
