Chad Sweeney is the author of four poetry books, most recently Parable of Hide and Seek from Alice James and Wolf Milk: Lost Poems of Juan Sweeney, forthcoming from Forklift Books. Later this year White Pine will publish his translation of the Selected Poems of Iranian poet H. E. Sayeh. Sweeney’s work has been selected for Best American Poetry, APR, Verse Daily, and Garrison Keillor’s The Writer's Almanac. He is visiting assistant professor at Kalamazoo College, and with David Holler he edits Parthenon West Revew. In the fall Chad will begin as assistant professor of poetry in the new MFA program at California State University–San Bernardino.
