Nine of the thirteen issues of Alcheringa came with thin plastic record inserts, featuring a wide array of recordings from sermons to horse-songs, poetry readings mingling with ethnographic field recordings. Reissues presents digitized versions of these inserts in high resolution JPG images and 192 kbps MP3 files. Further information can be found on the Alcheringa archive site, or via the Alcheringa PennSound page. Otherwise, the files are available for listening or downloading below.
