Anna Vitale is a writer and performer interested in poetry, dreams, psychoanalysis, music, and improvisation. Her work has appeared in The Brooklyn Rail, Gauss PDF, Harriet: A Poetry Blog, P-Queue, and elsewhere. Her chapbooks include Anna Vitale’s Pop Poems (OMG!, 2010) and Unknown Pleasures (Perfect Lovers, 2013). She is a PhD candidate writing a dissertation about suicide and language. She grew up in Detroit and lives in Madison, Wisconsin.
